I am a master student at Technical Univeristy of Munich (TUM) and I received my bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in 2015 from the same institute. Currently, I am writing my master's thesis on associating sensor information with motion primitives under the supervision of Dr. Jeannette Bohg, Dr. Ludovic Righetti and Dr. Franziska Meier.
My research interests lie in the intersection of machine learning, control theory and human-robot interaction. In particular, I am interested in exploiting the tactile aspect of motions to build robots that are capable of developing trust and intimacy with humans by touching, hugging or even tickling them.
Our goal is to understand the principles of Perception, Action and Learning in autonomous systems that successfully interact with complex environments and to use this understanding to design future systems
